Meal Maven is looking for an Operations & Vendor Onboarding Coordinator dedicated to enhancing our food delivery service. In this role, you’ll be responsible for onboarding new home chefs and kitchens, coordinating menu details, and resolving order issues as they arise. Your organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records and monitoring vendor performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard and train recent home chefs and kitchens
• Coordinate menus, pricing, and vendor availability
• Resolve order flow issues like missing items and delays




• Maintain accurate vendor and menu records in CRM
• Track and report vendor performance trends
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in operations or vendor coordination
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with spreadsheets and administration
• Availability during core hours to support operations
• Familiarity with food safety basics is a plus
