Take on a leadership role as the Clinical Lead/Team Supervisor within TteS’s Crisis Response Team, focusing on trauma-informed and culturally safe intervention strategies. This full-time position requires deep community engagement and operational excellence.
In this role, the Clinical Lead/Team Supervisor provides essential leadership and clinical guidance, ensuring effective crisis interventions. You’ll need a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, alongside at least five years of mental health experience, particularly within Indigenous communities. Your responsibilities include overseeing crisis management processes and fostering collaborative partnerships for improved service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical mentorship and supervision to team staff
• Facilitate crisis intake and assessment protocols
• Build partnerships with community health and safety leaders
• Monitor program outcomes and service trends
• Promote cultural safety and integrate traditional healing approaches
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant health discipline
• Five years of crisis and mental health experience
• Familiarity with Indigenous cultural practices
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence for emergency support
• Availability for flexible schedule including on-call duties
