In the Maintenance Technician role, you will be instrumental in upkeeping the functionality of suites and common areas. Your expertise in equipment maintenance, drywall repairs, and safety assessments will ensure our property remains in excellent condition. You will also coordinate with various teams to resolve issues timely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment throughout the properties
• Complete special maintenance requests from supervisors
• Document safety hazards and maintenance defects for management




• Manage annual inspections and maintenance schedules
• Assist with the delivery of guest services and special items
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Relevant certifications in trades are advantageous
• Experience in hotel or residential maintenance
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
