Job Summary

This position communicates with internal/external customers on a daily basis via phone and email.

This position inputs and processes shipments into the system for domestic and international, in accordance with Worksafeand local government policies. Works with a team of data entry clerks. PM shift from 2.00pm to 10.00pm.

Responsibilities

- Keys data accurately within time specific deadlines into Worksafesystems.
- Checks and forwards legal documentation.
- Provides administrative support to Management team.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills.
- Accurate typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours.
