Key Responsibilities:
• Teach essential life skills for independent living
• Create opportunities for social and educational engagement
• Assess individuals’ progress and support needs
• Document daily activities and notable circumstances
• Participate in and contribute to staff meetings
Requirements:
• Community Support Worker Diploma or equivalent
• Two years' experience with diverse abilities
• Reliable transportation for client needs
• First Aid certification required
• Criminal Record Check for vulnerable individuals
