Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial reports for properties and portfolios
• Ensure timely and accurate financial information delivery
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
• Assist in annual budgeting and reforecasting processes
• Complete tenant billing and year-end adjustments
Requirements:
• 1-5 years in property accounting or related field
• CPA designation is a strong asset
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Experience with Yardi or real estate accounting systems
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
