A Day in the Life

Field Service Rep II provides technical support in the field on a variety of equipment, including installation, repair and testing.

Responsibilities

- Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment.
- Performs maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software.
- Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance.
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time.
- Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordination with engineering field change.
- Maintains effective customer communications and relations.
- Provides onsite training of customer support personnel.

Salary Range

$55,120 - $68,900

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (United States) or vocational/technical education or certification (other countries).
