Key Responsibilities:
• Support overnight residence operations and guest assistance
• Maintain records of student and guest information
• Address facility concerns and perform urgent cleaning
• Enforce residence policies for safety and maintenance
• Build rapport with students and staff
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in relevant fields
• Minimum one year in hospitality or building maintenance
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work night shifts, Tuesday to Saturday
