In this casual role, you will work with the Environmental Services team to maintain cleanliness across clinical and non-clinical areas. Your responsibilities include operating industrial cleaning equipment, mopping, restocking supplies, and reporting potential hazards. This role is essential in supporting a healthy atmosphere for patient recovery, highlighting your commitment to quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and disinfect clinical and non-clinical areas
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment for maintenance




• Restock bathroom supplies and linens as required
• Report potential hazards to the Working Leader
• Provide training to Environmental or Laundry staff
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 10 or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push 50 lbs
• Experience in hospital or institutional cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of WHMIS and industrial equipment operation
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
