Realstar is currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2‑Person Team. These roles come with the opportunity to live on‑site, with a schedule that includes four weekdays, every other weekend, and occasional on‑call evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairwells, amenities)
- Minor maintenance repairs and troubleshooting




- Preparing vacant apartment suites for new residents
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
- Assisting with leasing suites
- Responding to on‑call requests

Qualifications

- Previous or similar property management experience (an asset)
- Display a professional/presentable appearance
- Knowledge and understanding of the safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS)
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties, and minor maintenance repairs
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, items could include garbage bins, furniture, appliances or while performing snow removal duties, sometimes for extended periods of time
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
