Key Responsibilities: • Manage and prioritize the squad’s sprint backlog • Design AI flows and manage dialogue in ecosystems • Convert high-level Epics into detailed user stories • Facilitate core Agile ceremonies throughout sprints • Ensure completed work meets defined acceptance criteria
Requirements: • 3 to 5 years in Agile execution roles • Proven experience in CCaaS and CCAIP • Expertise in Conversational AI concepts • Strong user story writing and mapping skills • Proficient in Jira and Confluence tools
