In this role, you will generate, grind, and polish optical components using CNC and Diamond Turning machines. You'll interpret complex schematics and troubleshoot optical issues while adhering to AS9100 standards, ensuring high-quality output and effective collaboration with engineers and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute grinding and polishing of optical components
• Troubleshoot spherical and Aspheric optical component issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical challenges




• Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance and test results
• Seek opportunities for continuous process improvement
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years experience
• Prior work in ISO environments is beneficial
• Capability in reading optical & mechanical drawings
• Proven optical assembly and testing skills
• Must be eligible for Controlled Goods Program registration
