LifeLabs is looking for a compassionate Lab Patient Technician to assist patients with specimen collection and testing. In this role, you’ll utilize your phlebotomy skills and help maintain client relationships while working flexibly across various locations. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist patients with the collection processes
• Conduct phlebotomies and oversee ECG monitoring
• Carry out special test collection processes with care




• Respond to patient inquiries and maintain relationships
• Enter patient demographics and manage requisition data
Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program preferred
• Experience with ECG and phlebotomy is advantageous
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
• Ability to uphold patient confidentiality standards
