As a Dietary Aide, you will support residents’ dietary needs by assisting with meal setup, serving, and cleanup. This position involves direct interaction with residents, ensuring their dining experience is pleasant and fulfilling. You will also assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and training new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve meals professionally to residents and guests
• Set up and prepare beverages, salads, and desserts
• Transparent tables and provide tray service as needed
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
• Assist with special events and comply with safety regulations
Requirements:
• Food Handler's Certificate required
• Previous food service experience, especially with seniors, preferred
• Enrollment in Food Service Worker Training Program
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must provide a current Vulnerable Sector Check
