Starting August 24, 2026, this role involves coordinating and facilitating access to community mental health services. You will conduct needs assessments, provide family counseling, and advocate for children experiencing mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide service coordination and brief treatment interventions
• Conduct community-based needs assessments for children
• Liaise with various service providers for service coordination




• Offer home-based family counseling and crisis support
• Document case management effectively
Requirements:
• Degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• 3-5 years of Children's Mental Health experience
• Knowledge of community resources and mental health systems
• Solid decision-making and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
