Responsibilities for Medical Facility Security Guard

- Greet visitors, verify identity, issue/manage access cards, and provide guidance upon entry.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify hazards, suspicious activity, or safety concerns.
- Inspect and ensure proper functioning of security equipment; report maintenance needs promptly.
- Respond to incidents,



fire alarms, and emergencies; administer first aid and coordinate with emergency services
- Use G-Track and CCTV systems during patrols and throughout shifts.
- Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation with accuracy.
- Perform front desk duties and other site-specific responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications for Medical Facility Security Guard

- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- First aid certification an asset
- Fluent in English, both written and orally
- Be able to work night shifts
- High school education or equivalent
