Prior experience in sales or leasing is preferred, and excellent organizational skills are essential for managing documentation and communications effectively. Your goal will be to ensure a positive resident experience from their first inquiry to move-in day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute call campaigns and prospective resident tours
• Clearly present rental prices and building benefits
• Promote current marketing initiatives to attract renters




• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions
• Ensure leasing targets are achieved while filling suites
Requirements:
• Part time availability of 3-4 days per week
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Capable of handling physical tasks like lifting 25 lbs
• Understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act is advantageous
