As the Youth League and Program Manager, you will oversee youth leagues, Learn to Skate, and Learn to Play Hockey programs across Canlan Sports facilities. Your accountability includes managing staff, optimizing customer experiences, and ensuring financial oversight. Collaborating with Centralized Programs teams will enhance program consistency while fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage staff and supervise part time instructors for program delivery
• Foster customer relationship development and engagement




• Drive sales initiatives to promote youth programs
• Assist in executing the Annual Operating Plan
• Build strategic partnerships to enhance program success
Requirements:
• University degree or diploma in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in sports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Standard First Aid/AED certification preferred
• Clear police check for vulnerable sector
