Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the accounting cycle
• Prepare Board reporting, cash flow projections, and annual budgets
• Lead the coordination of external audits annually
• Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with policies
• Manage regulatory filings including HST and year-end requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience
• CPA certification is mandatory
• In-depth knowledge of non-profit accounting principles
• Proven financial statement preparation and audit management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team setting
