Overview

Contact Length: 1 year contract + extensions/potential to convert to FTE

Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30 am – 3:30 pm, 100% onsite

OT Potential: Yes

PR: $20-25hr

JD: Under strict supervision, performs repairs, preventative maintenance, calibration, and inspections on down-hole tool electronics and other equipment used in the application for down-hole tools, including Directional/RSS or M/LWD sensors. Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. Areas of specialization may include: mechanical aptitude, electronics aptitude, computer skills, assembly and disassembly of tools associated with PSL equipment, or Measure while drilling and/or Logging While Drilling down-hole tools.

Qualifications

- Must Haves:
- 1.



Basic electronic service background would be an asset but not required
- 2. Soldering experience would be an asset
- 3. Basic hand tools use (Ex. Chain Tong, Multimeter, power supply, torque wrench, etc)
- 4. Basic computer skill requires
- 5. Basic Microsoft Office experience (Excel, words, TEAMS, Email)
- 6. Requires a technical school certificate, or equivalent. An associate degree or higher is preferred.

- Additional Skills:
- 1. Attention to Detail is a must
- 2. Work may be repetitive at times & very High demand
- 3. Able to read and understand mechanical and electronic schematic

Additional Job Description information

- Perform service on various M/LWD downhole tool
- Perform daily maintenance equipment check (Break out Machine, overhead crane, forklift, etc.)
- MUST be able to follow process and procedure on all types of tools (checklist, Dozuki, etc.)
- Inventory Management - Service and cleaning of incoming tools
- Participating in multiple Halliburton’s safety Programs
