As an Underwriting Assistant, you will handle the calculation of renewal rates, analyze employee data for accuracy, and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared for reporting needs. This dynamic role requires collaboration with various internal teams to respond swiftly to queries from Plan Sponsors and maintain data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and prepare employee data for ARC tool import
• Calculate and assess manual rates year over year
• Respond to on-demand inquiries from Plan Sponsors




• Update billing systems following renewals
• Monitor Support Team requests and confirmations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant experience
• Strong Excel skills and quick adaptability to new tools
• Effective interpersonal communication abilities
• Capability to prioritize under pressure
• Commitment to pursue GBA or CEBS designation
