Transdev is seeking an experienced licensed technician ready to oversee fleet maintenance and manage a team. This full-time position focuses on preventive maintenance, hands-on technical work, and ensuring operational excellence. You will lead a team, maintain safety protocols, and improve the overall efficiency of our school bus maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee fleet maintenance and develop preventive maintenance schedules
• Diagnose vehicle repairs including brakes and transmissions
• Supervise and train bike mechanics and technicians




• Implement safety protocols and promote a safety culture
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities
Requirements:
• Red Seal certification as an Automotive Service Technician
• 3-5 years experience with transportation or commercial vehicles
• Experience in leading or mentoring teams preferred
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
