As a Customer Service Concierge, you will greet customers, provide concierge services, and manage reservations effectively. Your role will also involve invoicing and recording customer preferences in our dedicated system. You will actively prepare for all incoming aircraft and collaborate with the line service team to exceed service expectations.

Requirements:
• Experience in customer service, ideally in the service sector
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be available for shifts during evenings and weekends
• Must maintain an acceptable driving record
• Capable of lifting 25 pounds and standing for long periods
