TAWC, in partnership with Ellevive, is looking for a compassionate individual experienced in crisis intervention and community-based support. This role requires a strong understanding of anti-oppression principles, ensuring safety and empowerment for women and children affected by violence. Bilingual service in French and English is essential for effective client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate individual and group support for clients
• Offer crisis intervention to women in shelters
• Assist women in developing support plans for their children




• Organize recreational activities for service users
• Build community links for advocacy and support
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in a relevant discipline
• Proficient in crisis intervention techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Class G driver's license and dependable vehicle
• Capability to conduct physical tasks and adapt to changing schedules
