As a Registered Echo Technician at Humber River Health, you will play a critical role in diagnosing patients by delivering exceptional echocardiographic images. You will be responsible for managing both inpatient and outpatient echocardiograms. Operating and troubleshooting ultrasound technology will be key to ensuring effective workflow. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide superior diagnostic images for patient assessments
• Manage echocardiograms for diverse patient populations
• Ensure ultrasound equipment is operating optimally
• Accurately prepare reports on procedures and results
• Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Must have completed a recognized echocardiography program
• Registered with CMRTO and ARMDS/Sonography Canada
• Minimum of one year recent echocardiography experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong problem-solving and organization skills required
