As a Continuous Improvement Intern reporting to the Continuous Improvement Engineer, you'll engage with various initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing data, tracking process KPIs, and documenting training procedures. You'll also collaborate on compliance with GMP and health & safety actions as you contribute to ongoing improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze data for continuous improvement projects
• Track KPIs and support root cause analysis




• Document procedures for training purposes
• Assist with internal and external reporting requirements
• Support GMP and health & safety actions with departments
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in an Engineering or related program
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Strong communication skills across management levels
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with ERP software
