This casual role in our Fracture Clinic requires strong clinical skills and experience in orthopedic procedures. You will be assisting surgical fellows, applying aseptic techniques, and performing complex dressing changes. The position demands active participation in patient care, with opportunities to learn and grow under experienced surgeons.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the application and removal of casting materials
• Perform complex dressing changes and custom knee bracing
• Monitor limb conditions and assist with traction equipment




• Provide support with hip abduction bracing and thermoplastic splinting
• Engage in other duties consistent with the technician role
Requirements:
• Completed college diploma in a related field
• One year of relevant academic or training experience
• Registered with Canadian Society of Orthopaedic Technologists
• Experience in clinic or health workplace is preferred
• Dependable, reliable, and client-focused attitude
