In the role of RPN, you will engage with residents, manage care plans, and address medical emergencies as they arise. Collaborating closely with senior management, you will facilitate care transitions and support family education. This position requires strong clinical expertise, along with outstanding communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess residents and produce accurate care documentation
• Administer medications following regulatory requirements
• Schedule and attend resident care conferences




• Oversee nursing staff assignments for effective service
• Provide emergency first aid and manage significant medical changes
Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Experience in a senior care setting desirable
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid
• Excellent time management and communication abilities
• Fresh Vulnerable Position Screening certificate needed
