Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning affordable housing project lifecycles
• Coordinate public consultation events and prepare materials
• Draft funding applications and manage consultant invoices
• Analyze policies, bylaws, and technical project documents
• Manage financial tracking for planning projects
Requirements:
• Degree in a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
• Valid BC Driver's Licence essential
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Pro and databases
• Strong communication and analytical skills
