We're looking for a permanent part-time skilled, either a Registered Nurse or advanced Licensed Practical Nurse with a strong foundation in chronic disease management and quality improvement. In this 0.4 FTE position, you will leverage your leadership skills and extensive nursing experience to manage patient care and engage in program development. Your role will contribute significantly to the clinic's team and overall health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead health improvement initiatives within the clinic
• Supervise and evaluate nursing services provided to patients
• Mentor and coach clinic staff in clinical practices

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with CRNA or Licensed Practical Nurse with CLPNA
• At least three years of relevant experience required
