Job Description

Responsibilities

- Provide customers with friendly and professional service while preparing meat products for purchase and creating meat displays.
- Actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.
- Serve customers to meet their needs.
- Prepare meat products.
- Merchandise the meat area if applicable.
- Receive meat orders.
- Perform special order meat product requests.
- Meet company meat standards and Canadian Food Inspection Agency regulations (CFIA).
- Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards.
- Provide technical training to new staff and clerks.
- Assist the Meat Manager, Clerk, or Department Second Meat if applicable.

Qualifications

- Full knowledge of department operations and required skills.
- Ability to work independently in a quick‑paced environment.
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 12 months of experience.
