This full time role is a one-year term with potential for extension. We seek a Master's Degree holder with 3-5 years of relevant experience in creating impactful prevention strategies. You will work in the Student Wellness Centre, leading initiatives to promote safety and support for students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement prevention programs for sexual violence
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders to enhance safety
• Monitor and assess program effectiveness for continuous improvement
• Provide training and resources for staff and students
• Engage with the community to foster a supportive environment
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in prevention or advocacy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Empathetic and passionate about community safety
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
