As a Physiotherapist II, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise team members, and deliver clinical direction within an inter-disciplinary environment. This role requires mentoring staff and students while ensuring evidence-based care aligned with Alberta regulations. You will also participate in program planning and collaborate with healthcare professionals for efficient client management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate physiotherapy operations in assigned service areas
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff




• Evaluate patient care for safety and effectiveness
• Support program development and implementation
• Assist in staff scheduling and resource allocation
Requirements:
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
• Proven leadership experience in the last 4 years
• Solid communication and problem-solving abilities
