As the AI Knowledge & Governance Lead, you'll oversee the establishment of enterprise standards for knowledge lifecycle management, risk, and compliance across Zafin's AI Operating System (AIOS). Your role involves collaborating with regulatory partners, defining evaluation standards, and communicating with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment with emerging AI regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define enterprise standards for evaluation and governance of AI solutions
• Manage audit and monitoring frameworks for AI behavior and safety
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet banking regulatory requirements




• Communicate AI risk and compliance status to executive teams

Requirements:
• 10-15+ years in AI governance, knowledge management, or compliance
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
