Key Responsibilities:
• Address student attendance issues through engagement
• Provide social-emotional learning support in small groups
• Develop and monitor service plans collaboratively




• Plan evidence-based interventions to support students
• Deliver crisis support and ASIST interventions when required
Requirements:
• Advanced Diploma in Child and Youth Care or similar
• At least one year of working experience in education
• Proven experience in co-regulation support
• Strong team-oriented skills with school teams
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Background check
