Your role as a Recreationist will involve assessing individual needs and interests to develop engaging programs that promote autonomy and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop therapeutic recreation programs in collaboration with the team
• Complete necessary documentation and participate in team discussions
• Supervise, train,



and mentor volunteers for program success
• Coordinate activities and services with other staff
• Maintain program supply inventory efficiently
Requirements:
• Two-year College Diploma in Recreation or Activation
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• Preferred membership with Activity Professionals of Ontario (APO)
• Experience with planning and implementing recreational activities
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
