Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute UAT strategies and plans




• Facilitate user testing sessions for stakeholder sign-off
• Validate workflows and processes in Dynamics 365
• Manage defects using Azure DevOps or Jira
• Build and maintain UAT dashboards and reports
Requirements:
• 5+ years in User Acceptance Testing experience
• Robust experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of regulatory domains like insurance
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
