Join the Muslim Association of Canada as a Tarbiyyah Lead in Mississauga, ON. This full time seasonal contract focuses on implementing the Tarbiyah Framework and fostering an Islamic values culture.
In this role, you will report to the school Principal and manage the integration of Islamic values across school activities. You'll guide and support teachers while coordinating workshops and facilitating teamwork to enhance school culture. Your organizational skills will ensure a supportive environment for both staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Tarbiyah Framework implementation effectively
• Align school activities with Islamic Values vision
• Train teachers on Islamic values resources




• Coordinate workshops and meetings for staff
• Organize term assemblies to celebrate values
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education highly recommended
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of Islamic faith and practice
• Proven experience in team management and activity planning
• Organizational skills and capability to work collaboratively
