This permanent full-time role involves a 40-hour work week, including rotational on-call duties. You'll oversee water treatment and distribution systems ensuring compliance with all necessary legislation. Applicants should be flexible, able to troubleshoot, and willing to undergo required training while possessing experience in water and wastewater treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage wastewater treatment and sewage collection processes
• Operate pumps, valves, and filtration systems effectively
• Monitor water quality and perform laboratory tests




• Troubleshoot equipment issues and conduct maintenance
• Report compliance with environmental standards
Requirements:
• Operator-In-Training (OIT) certification or higher preferred
• Minimum Grade 12 or GED required
• Valid G driver’s license is mandatory
• Familiarity with WHMIS and First Aid certification is an asset
• Experience in water management and equipment operation
