As part of a leading national firm, you will engage in tax reorganizations, manage client files, and analyze financial data. Your role will require developing knowledge of the Canadian Income Tax Act, while ensuring compliance and maximizing client returns. You will be essential in shaping client-demonstrated solutions and building valuable relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop technical skills in tax reorganizations and relevant legislation
• Manage multiple client files and set-up new incorporations
• Research tax-related issues and assess implications
• Prepare tax returns for various entities and compute taxes owed
• Create reports, summaries, and presentations for clients
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration
• Progressing towards CPA Professional Education Program enrollment
• Previous tax or accounting experience preferred
• Understanding of Agriculture business an asset
• Familiarity with accounting software is beneficial
