We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive / Business Development Representative with 2–4 years of experience in the IT staffing industry. This individual will play a key role in expanding our client base, developing strong relationships, and driving revenue growth by selling IT staffing and workforce solutions across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target markets, with a focus on IT staffing services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand technical hiring needs and deliver tailored IT talent solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing for IT staffing engagements
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery of qualified IT candidates and client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems
- Stay informed on IT industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity

Qualifications





- 2–4 years of proven sales experience within the IT staffing or recruitment industry (required)
- Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition, preferably in technology staffing
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and driven to achieve results
- Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems

Preferred Skills

- Experience selling IT staffing solutions (temporary, contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent placements)
- Familiarity with roles such as software developers, cloud engineers, data analysts, cybersecurity professionals, etc.
- Existing network of contacts within the IT or technology sector is an asset
- Strong understanding of technology workforce trends and hiring challenges
