In the Food Service I role, you’ll perform essential tasks in basic food preparation in line with AHS standards. Your responsibilities include packaging and portioning meals, serving food to patients, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Key Responsibilities:
• Package and portion food items accurately
• Prepare meals according to established guidelines
• Serve meals to patients and customers with care
• Clean and sanitize serving areas and equipment
• Maintain hygiene standards in food preparation
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 10 or equivalent
• Able to lift food and supplies up to 46lbs
• Capacity to push/pull meal carts up to 250lbs
• Must stand and walk throughout the shift
• Customer service and food service experience preferred
