Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate progress of youth in the program
• Teach social skills through routines and activities




• Monitor safety and well-being of individuals served
• Provide behavior management and emotional support
• Maintain necessary documentation and reports
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Child and Youth Care or related field
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
• CPR/First Aid and WHMIS certification
• Experience with trauma-informed practices
