You will maintain case files, prepare budget plans, and assist clients in overcoming barriers to financial health. Ideally, you have 2-3 years of experience in a related social services role and are dedicated to the mission of The Salvation Army.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client intakes, discharges, and follow-ups
• Prepare budget plans and monitor progress
• Maintain comprehensive case records and documentation
• Facilitate workshops for group client support
• Participate in strategic planning sessions
Requirements:
• Completed a two-year post-secondary program
• Experience in social services or mental health
• Skilled in administrative tasks and program development
• First Aid/CPR certification required
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
