As a Field Estimator I, your day will involve client meetings, conducting inspections, and preparing detailed estimates. You will directly interact with clients to clarify project scope and pricing while ensuring accurate data capture in CRM systems. This position requires a detail-oriented approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct on-site inspections for roofing and exterior projects
• Gather measurements and prepare detailed estimates
• Document site conditions accurately in CRM systems




• Explain project scope and estimates to clients
• Coordinate with sales and production teams for project handoff
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years in construction or exterior sales preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
• Ability to conduct site inspections and prepare estimates
• Proficient in CRM and estimating software
