• Address emergencies and operational challenges promptly
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance
• Prepare daily reports and documentation accurately
Requirements:
• Supervisory experience in the security sector preferred
• Valid BC Security Worker Licence required
• Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Capacity to work independently and in teams
