As the Operations Director, you'll collaborate closely with the Executive Director to enhance systems, support program managers, and implement best practices across the organization. • Coach program managers to become strong leaders • Encourage collaboration and shared learning across teams • Champion innovation and continuous improvement efforts • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards • Support organizational resource management and planning

Requirements: • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent leadership experience • Five years of progressive leadership in community services • Strong skills in operational management • Experience with budget planning and process improvement • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
