TSMG is looking for an enthusiastic Point of Contact Coordinator to engage with local communities and businesses. This position requires proactive outreach to recruit participants and maintain effective communication throughout the data collection project. Successful candidates will ensure high engagement levels and smooth recording sessions while supporting TSMG's mission to enhance AI technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage local businesses and community organizations
• Build solid relationships with community leaders and stakeholders
• Recruit qualified participant groups that meet project needs




• Coordinate schedules for recording sessions and maintain organization
• Serve as the main contact between participants and the operations team
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Ability to handle multiple participant schedules simultaneously
• Basic English skills; additional local language preferred
• Previous experience in recruitment or community management is a bonus
