Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and manage treatment plans

Requirements:
• Baccalaureate in Nursing, Master’s preferred
• Current RN(EC) or NP registration in Ontario
• Completion of addiction education and narcotics certification
• Experience in community and/or primary care settings
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License required
