Reporting to the Payroll & Benefits Manager, this position is vital in managing weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles and advantages administration. You will process full payroll cycles, respond to employee inquiries, and maintain comprehensive payroll records while ensuring all operations align with company policies and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and enter daily employee timesheets
• Process full cycle payroll for all union employees
• Manage employee changes, ensuring timely updates




• Respond professionally to inquiries from employees and unions
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll records
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of full-cycle payroll experience required
• PCP certification or in progress required
• Preferred background in post-secondary accounting courses
• Knowledge of Sage 300 CRE software preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
